How long will my balloon garland last?
Our professional-grade balloons can last for weeks with proper care. For the best results, we recommend keeping them indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat, and extreme temperature changes, and at room temperature whenever possible.
Balloons are naturally delicate and may slowly lose air or occasionally pop over time, but careful handling and placement can greatly extend their lifespan. For indoor events, garlands typically look fresh for about a week and can often last three weeks or longer - some customers even enjoy theirs beyond that!
My event is outdoor, will that affect the balloons?
Yes - outdoor conditions can impact how your balloons perform. While we use professional grade balloons designed to hold up better against sun, heat, and cold- they are still naturally delicate and can be affected by weather and environment.
Darker colors are more prone to popping in direct sunlight, while lighter colors tend to perform better. Shaded areas are strongly recommended whenever possible.
What if there’s bad weather?
We always recommend having a backup plan in place in the event of bad weather for outdoor setups.
Due to safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or adjust any outdoor installations due to weather. We will closely monitor the weather leading up to the event and may require the setup location be moved indoors if conditions are unsafe or not suitable for balloons.
Our goal is always to protect your investment and ensure your set up looks its best.
My balloons look dull?
Balloon oxidation is a natural process that happens when latex balloons are exposed to air, sunlight, heat, and humidity.
Don’t love that matte look? Ask us about our Balloon Shine- it helps reduce the appearance of oxidation and keeps your balloons looking brighter and more vibrant for longer.
Will you use the balloons or backdrops I already have?
We work exclusively with our own balloons to ensure the highest quality and consistency in every design.
If you have backdrops or a structure you’d like us to use, we’re happy to install our ballons on it! We simply ask that it is fully set up and ready for installation prior to our arrival.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my install?
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable. However, the amount paid will be issued as a company credit that may be used toward a future booking within one year of the original event date.
Grab N Go
What vehicle do I need to pick up my grab n go?
We recommend bringing a mid to full size SUV with the seats folded down and the cargo area cleared of car seats or other items.
We will discuss grab n go and vehicle size at the time of booking. If you do come with a smaller vehicle, we cannot guarantee your items will fit.
My balloons popped while taking them out of the vehicle- now what?
Once balloons leave our care, we can’t guarantee them, as they are delicate and can be affected by handling, temperature changes, and transport conditions.
That said, we truly care about each and every customer. If you run into an issue, please reach out- we’ll always do our best to help however we can.
When can I pick up my grab n go?
Pickup is available in Kersey, Monday-Friday unless otherwise scheduled.
How do I hang my grab n go garland?
Each grab n go garland comes with How To Instruction guide and hooks to hang the garland.
My balloons look dirty - now what?
Latex balloons can naturally attract dust and dirt, especially after storage. To refresh them, gently wipe down surface with a damp paper towel or microfiber cloth. You can also lightly lint roll or use the cold setting of a hair dryer to remove dust, dirt, hair, etc.
